Job summary

Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch, located in St. Cloud, FL, seeks a driven Esplanade Lifestyle Manager to design and deliver a vibrant calendar of events and activities for members and guests.

You will partner with sales, builder teams, and local vendors to create memorable experiences, while maintaining exceptional service and industry awareness. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years related experience in events/hospitality.
• Experience planning and executing events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a calendar of events and activities (fitness, wellness, cultural, social).
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors.
• Collaborate with sales and builder teams to deliver programs.
• Incorporate member feedback to improve offerings.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Promote community events with the sales team and provide concierge-style assistance.
• Plan and execute high-quality events from start to finish.
