Job summary

Troon's Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch in St. Cloud, FL seeks a driven Lifestyle Manager to design and coordinate a vibrant program of events and resident services, delivering concierge-level experiences in a resort-style community.

You will partner with sales, builder teams, and local vendors, manage budgets, and lead a calendar of fitness, wellness, social, and cultural activities while maintaining superb resident relations and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years related experience required.
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a calendar of events and activities for residents.
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors.
• Collaborate with sales and builder teams for seamless program delivery.
• Incorporate resident feedback to improve programs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends to keep programs relevant.
• Promote events with the sales team and provide concierge-style assistance.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events from start to finish.
