Job summary

Suncadia Resort is seeking an On-Call Lifeguard to ensure guest safety at pools and water slides. The position is seasonal and based in Cle Elum, WA, with duties including monitoring areas, enforcing rules, performing rescues, and maintaining pool cleanliness.

Certification in Lifeguarding plus CPR/First Aid is preferred, with company-sponsored training available. Competitive hourly pay and resort perks accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Red Cross Lifeguard certification or ability to obtain through company training.
• CPR & First Aid certification or ability to obtain through company training.
• Lifeguarding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and enforce pool rules across water slides, swimming, and sauna areas.
• Be alert and on duty at pools and slides to ensure guest safety.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and provide first aid.
• Clean pool and sauna regularly from debris and vacuum daily.
• Perform opening, closing, or mid-shift checklists for pool operations.
