Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Laundry Assistant to uphold high standards of housekeeping cleanliness for owners and guests. You will operate washers and dryers, sort linens, and help manage supply storage while providing outstanding customer service.

The role supports resort operations across multiple locations, requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and handle cleaning of units at a fast pace with accuracy and promptness.

Responsibilities

• Operate washers and dryers, loading/unloading, and cleaning filters as needed.
• Sort linens, and allocate them to rooms and attendants.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and laundering supplies.
• Assist with housekeeping duties in guest rooms, lobby, corridors, and service areas as needed.
• Report malfunctions to supervisor and communicate linen shortages.
