Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Laundry Assistant to maintain top-tier housekeeping cleanliness across assigned areas and deliver friendly, attentive service to our owners and guests. You will operate washers and dryers, sort linens, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires punctuality, a clean uniform, a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Reports for duty on time and in uniform.
• Operates washers and dryers, loading/unloading, cleans filters.
• Sorts linens that are heavily soiled and unsuitable for use.
• Folds linens and stores by category.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of storage area.
• Records monthly linen inventory.
• Advises supervisor of linen shortages and purchasing needs.
• Organizes allocation of linens to each room attendant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of housekeeping cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service for owners and guests.
• Assist with housekeeping duties when needed and cover shifts.
• Perform outdoor maintenance work as directed.
• Participate in special cleaning projects as directed.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
