Responsibilities

• Enter inventory updates, adjustments, and additions into internal systems.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and proper quantities.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and assist with invoice verification.
• Communicate professionally with internal departments and outside vendors.
• Support special projects and tasks assigned by management.
• Respond to guest calls, internal requests, and maintenance needs.
• Count inventory in closets and storage areas to keep par levels accurate.
• Notify management when items need to be reordered.
• Deliver furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials across the property.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Provide outstanding customer service and timely support to team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
