Vacatia in Kissimmee, FL seeks an Inventory Control Runner to keep resort operations stocked and running smoothly. You will review on-hand inventory, enter updates, verify shipments, and maintain organized locations.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Word and Excel. You will work independently in a fast-paced team environment and provide timely support across departments.

Pay rate: $18/hr
Review on-hand inventory and ensure the resort has adequate supplies
Enter inventory updates, adjustments, and additions into internal systems
Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and proper quantities
Maintain organized inventory locations and assist with invoice verification
Communicate professionally with internal departments and outside vendors
Support special projects and tasks assigned by management
Respond to guest calls, internal requests, and maintenance needs
Count inventory in closets and storage areas to keep par levels accurate
Notify management when items need to be reordered
Deliver furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials across the property
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
Provide outstanding customer service and timely support to team members
Perform additional duties as assigned
1+ year of hospitality experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
High School Diploma or GED required
