Job summary

Spinnaker Resorts in Williamsburg, VA, seeks a Maintenance Technician 2 responsible for installation, operation, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems. The role supports refurbishment of units and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable guest comfort.

You will perform work orders, monitor systems, document logs, follow safety rules, and maintain equipment to Spinnaker Standards. Five years facilities maintenance experience and EPA-608 Type II certification are required;

Qualifications

• Five years of facilities maintenance experience.
• At least three years HVAC service experience.
• EPA-608 Type II or Universal Certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all work orders or projects promptly.
• Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective appliances.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate work records and logs.
• Refurbish units to Spinnaker Standards.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Operate and maintain golf carts/vehicles as needed.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff.
