Summary of Position:

A Housekeeping Team Member’s responsibility is to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming and laundry.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Protect and properly operate equipment.
• Notify Manager of any damages or broken equipment.
• Deal with reasonable guest requests with professionalism and patience.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace as appropriate.
• Strictly adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company related practices.

• Must be able to work with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of performance.
• Must have good prioritization and time management skills.
• Must be able to work quickly without compromising quality.
