Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to direct and inspect the work of Housekeepers and Housemen at Tahiti Village Resort. The role emphasizes meeting cleanliness standards, QA processes, and supporting safety and loss-prevention practices.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of housekeeping experience, with supervisory or hospitality customer service experience preferred, and will help ensure optimal staffing and productivity for resort operations.

Qualifications

• One year related housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One year hospitality customer service experience preferred in discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspect work of Housekeepers and Houseman, ensuring that quality and cleanliness standards are being met.
• Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) process is met, resulting in appropriate cleanliness and quality levels; supports Loss Prevention and safety standards procedures.
• Support the Housekeeping and Resort Leaders to ensure proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
• This position will be working at Tahiti Village Resort.
