Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead Resort Housepersons, Laundry Attendants, and Common Area Attendants. You will direct daily operations, ensure quality and cleanliness, and support staffing and training efforts.

You will promote safety and operational compliance while coordinating with resort leadership to maintain productivity and guest satisfaction. Strong communication and supervisory abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• One-year related housekeeping experience or hospitality customer service experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must have great oral and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable leading in a group facilitation.
• MS Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspect work of Resort Housepersons, Laundry Attendants, and Common Area Attendants.
• Ensure Operational Compliance (OC) processes are met for service, cleanliness and quality.
• Support Housekeeping and Resort Leaders to ensure proper staffing and scheduling for productivity.
• Responsible for training, onboarding, and inventory for their departments.
