Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Surfside, FL is seeking a Housekeeper to support resort operations by cleaning resort units to ensure guest comfort and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms; maintaining linens and assisting with guest requests; and adhering to procedures to protect guests and property. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, detail orientation, familiarity with cleaning products

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to read routine instructions and memos.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a Can-Do attitude toward guests and staff.
• Six months related housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms to standards.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with audit, QA, loss prevention and SOPs.
• Promote Count on Me culture and guest service.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
