Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeper to support resort operations by cleaning units to the brand’s high standards, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms.

You’ll help maintain guest room quality and contribute to a welcoming environment. You will work in a fast-paced hotel setting, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and assist with stocking supplies while ensuring bed making and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication with employees, guests and owners.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms to standard.
• Maintain housekeeping detail standards and sanitation.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and lobbies.
• Make beds and replenish supplies.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
