Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a detail-oriented Housekeeper to clean resort units and uphold high quality standards. You’ll handle sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, stocking supplies and maintaining a spotless environment throughout the property.

You will respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive guest experience while supporting team members in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guest and owners.
• Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms to quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping detail standards and sanitation throughout.
• Restock supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests and associates.
