Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort in Marathon, FL, is looking for a dependable Houseperson to support our housekeeping team. You will help maintain clean public areas, assist Room Attendants with linens, and handle routine cleaning tasks in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Public Area Cleaning: clean and maintain resort public areas including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, foyers, elevators and other spaces.
• Room Attendant & Housekeeping Support: deliver clean linens and supplies to Room Attendants; restock and organize storage areas.
• Guest Service: greet guests and respond to questions or requests promptly and courteously.
• Safety & Resort Standards: follow safety procedures, report hazards, and uphold sanitation standards.
• Additional duties and heavy cleaning tasks as needed by management.
