Job summary

Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, Florida is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Houseperson to support our Room Attendants and keep public areas pristine. You will help with linens, supplies, trash removal, and daily housekeeping tasks while assisting with furniture movement and deep cleaning as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and professional when interacting with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning and safety procedures.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, foyers, elevators, and other assigned spaces.
• Deliver clean linens, guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and other items to Room Attendants as needed.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain organized linen and storage areas.
• Assist with turning mattresses, moving furniture, and completing other physically demanding housekeeping tasks.
• Support carpet and upholstery cleaning by moving and replacing furniture as directed.
• Assist with deep-cleaning projects and special housekeeping assignments.
• Step in to support Room Attendants and other Housekeeping team members during busy periods.
