Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring a Housekeeping Manager to lead a large resort’s housekeeping department, supervise staff, and ensure pristine guest spaces daily. You’ll coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, train teams, and uphold safety standards while driving efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.

Applicants should bring 3–5 years in large-scale housekeeping and 1–2 years in supervision, with a passion for leading a diverse team in a high‑volume hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive housekeeping experience in a large resort/hotel (500+ rooms).
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Supervisor, Assistant Manager).
• Experience leading, training, scheduling, and coaching a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping activities: guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff; foster a positive, efficient culture.
• Inspect guest rooms and areas to maintain brand standards and guest expectations.
• Monitor supplies and inventory; manage costs and prevent shortages.
• Address guest requests and issues with professionalism and urgency.
