Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at a seaside resort. You will drive cleanliness standards, organize staff, and maintain a guest-focused service culture to support memorable stays.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in related roles and at least 2 years supervising teams. We offer Day One benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities within our resort network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related hospitality experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspects units to ensure they meet cleanliness standards and secures equipment.
• Maintains a forward-looking cleaning plan for all property areas.
• Assists with hiring, training, and supervising housekeeping staff and payroll documentation.
• Investigates incidents and coordinates corrective action with leadership.
• Advises management on unresolved issues and ensures uniforms are worn properly.
• Promotes continuous communication and hospitality across departments.
