Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven housekeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols.
• Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Inspect facilities and ensure cleanliness meets company standards.
• Manage ordering housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cleanliness goals are met.
• Address customer complaints and special cleaning requests.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
