Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring for a Housekeeping/Front Desk role in Emerald Isle, NC. This is a FULL TIME SEASONAL POSITION with responsibilities spanning resort upkeep, guest services, and operations support.

You will clean cabins, manage common areas, assist maintenance, and help host guest activities while delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, some housekeeping experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keep resorts clean and tidy to ensure a five-star guest experience.
• Clean cabins and rentals and prepare for new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of office, clubhouse, and common areas.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
• Assist with resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
