Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to established resort standards.
• Examine rooms, halls, and lobbies and report maintenance concerns.
• Ensure cleaning checklist is completed and meets cleanliness standards.
• Take inventory and restock carts and storage closets.
• Keep storage areas clean and orderly.
• Respond to guest requests for supplies or information.
• Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters.
• Assist other room attendants as needed.
• Complete reports and paperwork promptly.
