Qualifications

• Hotel, resort, housekeeping or related experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Willing to assist in multiple areas based on occupancy.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Professional and courteous with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support housekeeping by stocking closets, delivering items, and assisting with supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and common spaces.
• Respond to guest requests and assist guests and teammates as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance concerns promptly.
