Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeper to support resort operations by cleaning units to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will clean sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms, while maintaining housekeeping detail standards and replenishing supplies as needed. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Clean resort units to include sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms.
• Maintain housekeeping detail standards and respond to guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and lobbies.
• Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
• Maintain positive guest and associate relationships and address guest concerns to resolution.
