MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our resort property cleaning team on Hilton Head Island. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and timeliness, following our mission to deliver exceptional service for guests and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Punctual and dependable with strong work ethic.
• Work irregular hours and adapt to shift changes.
• Willingness to learn and apply procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in unit cleaning.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues per company procedure.
• Attend trainings and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and ensure timely turnover.
