Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties seeks a Housekeeper in Gunnison, Colorado to maintain resort cabins, rentals, and common areas to high standards. You’ll handle cleaning duties, inventory supplies, and assist the Resort Manager in guest services and operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in housekeeping, a high school diploma, and valid driver’s license, with flexibility to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 50 pounds. Medical benefits and 401(k) are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in housekeeping.
• Knowledge of cleaning products.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean the resort office, clubhouse, public areas and models as directed (mop, dust, vacuum, trash).
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to our standards.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
• Assist with resort-sponsored guest activities and events.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and with courtesy.
• May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies.
• Work with management to keep the team coordinated and communicate openly.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
