Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties in Freeport, Florida, is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean and welcoming resort spaces. You will cover offices, clubhouses, models, cabins, and rentals to ensure a five-star guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, and a valid driver’s license. The role may require lifting up to 50 pounds and weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public areas, and models by directions (mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal).
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to required standards.
• Track inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other staff as needed.
• Assist with resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Address guest-related problems with a positive attitude.
