Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper in Buchanan, Michigan. The role involves cleaning resort offices, clubhouses, cabins and rentals to prepare for guests, and maintaining all common areas to the company standard.

You will track supplies, report maintenance needs, and support the resort team. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with a focus on outstanding guest service and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public areas and models by plan.
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to standard.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance and other staff as needed.
• Assist with resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Resolve guest-related problems with a positive attitude.
• May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies.
