Job summary

Sun Outdoors in Tampa Bay area is seeking a Resort Housekeeper to keep resort facilities, buildings and rental properties clean and sanitary. You will sanitize, stock supplies, and ensure safety and order across common areas, kitchens, and living spaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 6 months in cleaning homes or large facilities (Preferred).
• Knowledge of general janitorial work.
• Knowledge of safety measures when using cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Basic computer proficiency including email and internet.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks areas with cleaning supplies as needed.
• Cleans appliances and defrosts freezer as needed.
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms ensuring good lighting and safety.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards to manager.
• Maintains resort facilities in clean and orderly condition.
• Cleans floors, windows, and vents; maintains washers/dryers.
• Empties trash; keeps offices and buildings neat.
• Other duties as assigned.
