If you enjoy cleaning, join our team! We are seeking a Housekeeper to work at one of our resort locations. Your role will be to maintain the resort's cleanliness and attractiveness, ensuring guests have a memorable experience and want to return!

Overview

Resort Housekeepers are responsible for regularly cleaning resort facilities and buildings to keep the resort presentable and sanitary at all times.

Job Duties

1. Clean, sanitize, and stock kitchen areas with paper products as needed. Ensure all tables and chairs are clean and functioning properly.
2. Clean and sanitize appliances, defrost freezer as needed.
3. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensure they are well lit, and place rubber mats for safety.
4. Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions, incidents, or defective equipment.
5. Maintain the general appearance of the resort, ensuring it is well kept and orderly.
6. Ensure floors are swept, mopped, waxed, and buffed as needed.
7. Clean and maintain windows and screens.
8. Maintain washers and dryers by wiping surfaces and removing lint.
9. Keep offices clean and tidy; empty trash containers as needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ideal candidates are hardworking, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in cleaning homes or large facilities preferred
• Knowledge of janitorial work and safety measures with cleaning chemicals
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills, including email and internet use
