Job summary

Pine Mountain Ski and Golf Resort in Iron Mountain, MI, is seeking a motivated housekeeper to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will clean rooms, change sheets, vacuum, mop, restock toiletries, and help with laundry while upholding our hotel standards.

The right candidate enjoys teamwork, has strong organizational and time-management skills, and cares about detail. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential to our guest-focused

Qualifications

• Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques
• Graduated high school, received G.E.D or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and do other cleaning duties as assigned
• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed
• Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
• Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival
• Respond to general inquiries from guests

We’re a highly-regarded property in our area looking for a motivated, organized housekeeper to join our team. Your mission is to provide an exceptional experience to every guest who stays with us. Cleaning duties will include making beds, vacuuming and mopping, restocking toiletries, washing and ironing sheets, and other general tasks.
