Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites Phoenix Midtown is seeking a motivated housekeeper to join our team. You will perform bed making, vacuuming, mopping, restocking toiletries, washing and ironing linens, and other duties to ensure a spotless guest experience.

With at least 1 year of housekeeping experience, you will work closely with the team to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. A strong work ethic and reliable communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Graduated high school, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed.
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive.
• Answer general questions from guests.
• Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and do other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby.
