This safety-sensitive role requires a AZ Cosmetology License, high school diploma, and several years of salon experience.

Qualifications

• Current State of Arizona Cosmetology License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of professional salon experience preferred.
• Experience with diverse hair types and textures.
• Ability to perform both hair and nail services preferred.
• Strong English communication and professional appearance.
• Retail selling experience with authentic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of hair services tailored to guest goals and lifestyle.
• Conduct thoughtful consultations to translate vision into a look guests love.
• Stay current on emerging cuts, color techniques, product innovations, and trends.
• Provide recommendations on hair care and retail products to extend the experience.
• Maintain a welcoming, immaculate, and organized workspace reflecting resort standards.
• Build rapport with guests while delivering service with warmth and discretion.
• Manage appointment requests, answer phones, and assist with bookings.
• Maintain accurate guest, service, and accounting records.
• Know the service menu, pricing, retail offerings, and resort amenities.
• Identify VIP needs and communicate guest concerns at the start of each day.
• Resolve guest challenges with poise, empathy, and solution-focused mindset.
• Follow all policies, grooming standards, health codes, and regulations.
• Complete daily departmental duties and support Spa & Salon operations.
