Required AZ Cosmetology license and strong English communication. Five years of salon experience and ability to offer hair and nail services are preferred, with opportunities to guide guest experience and retail sales.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Arizona cosmetology license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years salon experience preferred.
• Experience with diverse hair types and textures.
• Ability to provide both hair and nail services preferred.
• Retail sales experience and authentic product recommendations.
• Strong English communication and professional presentation.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to assist leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hair services (cutting, coloring, styling, perms, treatments, finishing) tailored to guest goals.
• Conduct consultations turning vision into looks guests love and can maintain.
• Stay current on cuts, color techniques, trends, and products.
• Recommend hair care and retail products to extend the salon experience.
• Maintain a welcoming, immaculate workspace reflecting resort standards.
• Build rapport with guests with warmth, discretion and professionalism.
• Manage appointment requests, answer phones, and assist with bookings.
• Maintain accurate guest, service, and accounting records.
• Know service menu, pricing, retail offerings, and resort amenities to guide guests confidently.
• Identify VIP needs and communicate daily expectations.
• Resolve guest concerns with poise and empathy.
• Follow all resort policies, grooming standards, and health codes.
• Complete daily duties and support Spa & Salon operations.
