Kaizen Lab Inc. in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Guest Services Agent to enhance the first impression for guests as they arrive at Prince Resort. This full-time position requires flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to check in/out guests, issue keys, and address service requests effectively.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the resort.
• Issue guest keys appropriately.
• Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests.
• Accommodate guests scheduled to stay as needed.
• Follow safety and security policies; report any issues.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and assist in inquiries.
