Spirit of the Heavens in Sedona, AZ is seeking a dependable Resort Groundskeeper to join our team.

This full-time, hands-on role maintains the pristine landscapes, irrigation systems, and seasonal upkeep to provide guests with a tranquil, natural setting. You’ll work outdoors, operate equipment, and collaborate with staff to keep the property beautiful and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and maintenance.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ability to operate outdoor equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Ability to interact with other staff and collaborate.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work in culturally sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you'll help preserve the pristine landscapes of our sacred retreat property while ensuring a peaceful, well-maintained environment for all who visit. As our Resort Groundskeeper, you will earn great pay between $21-$24 per hour, doing what you love! We also offer the following benefits:

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Resort Groundskeeper, your day is centered on ensuring the natural beauty of our property is thoughtfully preserved and consistently maintained. You monitor and adjust irrigation systems to keep the grounds healthy, address seasonal upkeep needs, and carry out landscape maintenance that aligns with the serene and intentional feel of the resort. Whether managing pond clarity, trimming overgrowth, or addressing weather-related impacts, your attention to detail plays a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. Regular communication with your team keeps projects on track, while your sense of care ensures every inch of the property remains in harmony with its natural surroundings.
