Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash.
• Keep refuse area clean.
• Keep roadways, loading areas, parking garage and walkways free of litter.
• Report faulty items and assist with maintenance.
• Monitor irrigation and sprinkler systems for efficiency.
• Ensure grounds safety compliance.
• Assist with planting or removal of landscape and grounds.
