Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the resort grounds to the highest standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety while supporting general resort operations.

Responsibilities include daily grounds upkeep, assisting building technicians and custodians, picking up litter, maintaining refuse areas and walkways, monitoring irrigation systems, reporting repairs, and helping with planting or removal of landscape. Join our team where memories start with you.

Qualificações

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash.
• Maintain clean conditions in refuse area.
• Keep roadways, loading/unloading areas, parking garage and walkways free of litter.
• Ensure site beauty and safety awareness by reporting faulty items requiring repair and maintenance.
• Monitor water/sprinkler systems throughout the resort keeping them at peak efficiency and in good repair.
• Ensure safety compliance with respect to resort grounds.
• Assist with the planting or removal off landscape and general grounds.
