Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain resort grounds to the highest standards and support overall resort operations. You will help create dream vacations by keeping landscapes attractive, safe, and well-kept for guests and team members.

Your responsibilities include daily grounds upkeep, assisting technicians as needed, monitoring irrigation, disposing of trash, and reporting items in need of repair. A positive, team-focused attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash.
• Maintain clean conditions in refuse area.
• Keep roadways, loading/unloading areas, parking garage and walkways free of litter.
• Ensure site beauty and safety awareness by looking for and reporting faulty items requiring repair and maintenance.
• Monitor water/sprinkler systems throughout the resort keeping them at peak efficiency and in good repair.
• Ensure safety compliance with respect to resort grounds.
• Assist with the planting or removal of landscape and general grounds.
