Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and several years in RV resort or real estate management.
• Ability to read, interpret business materials and regulations, and write reports.
• Strong math, budgeting and analytical skills for financial management.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets; familiarity with Campground Manager software.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day and long-term operations of a property including marketing, sales, accounting and maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote RV and Park Model lifestyle offerings.
• Manage customer service standards, park rules, inspections and guest relations.
• Oversee budgets, scheduling, licensing, and vendor relationships to maximize profitability.
• Lead staffing, performance reviews, safety training and HR processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare regular financial reports.
