Job summary

Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort is seeking a Full-Time Resort Front Desk Cast Member to welcome Guests and ensure a magical, seamless stay. The role involves checking guests in, answering questions, and delivering the Disney Difference with a warm, attentive service mindset.

Starting rate is $20.00 per hour, with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays seven days a week. You must be 18+, able to stand up to eight hours, and ready to work five days per week.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Full-time position requiring availability five days per week including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You must be fully available to work national and state holidays.
• Experience in front desk or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer and hotel check-in system, handle cash, and perform light cleaning.
• Deliver the Disney Difference by providing knowledgeable, personalized information about the resort.
• Welcome Guests and help ensure a memorable, seamless stay.
