Job summary

Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort is seeking a Full-Time Resort Front Desk cast member to welcome Guests and ensure their stay is magical and seamless. You will operate the check-in system, handle cash, and provide knowledgeable, personalized information to Guests throughout their visit.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays across a seven-day operation. STARTING RATE: $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (up to 8 hours) and perform light lifting.
• Full-time position requiring full availability five days per week, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You must be fully available to work national and state holidays, as the resort operates seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Operate the check-in system and computer.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist guests with information to enhance their stay and deliver the 'Disney Difference'.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to create a warm, welcoming experience for all Guests.
