Job summary

Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort is seeking part-time Quick Service Food & Beverage Cast Members to serve guests, take orders, and ensure a magical guest experience. You’ll work across the resort’s two quick service locations, Palmetto Dunes and Tide Me Over, and be trained on the resort to answer questions with the Disney difference.

The role emphasizes multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to learn about Disney standards and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Part-time availability of at least three days per week, including one weekend day.
• Available on national/state holidays.
• Previous cashier experience.
• Previous quick-service or related restaurant experience.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Basic computer tasks; familiarity with Google and Microsoft.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders at the resort's quick service locations.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash.
• Prepare and stock food items; keep front and back of house clean.
• Provide guests with information and Disney magic during their visits.
