Winter Park Resort is hiring a Front Desk Agent to serve guests and staff during daytime hours. You’ll manage check-ins/outs, respond to requests, and ensure quality on same-day and next-day reservations. You’ll coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment with a positive guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in hotel, lodging, resort, or hospitality guest service or call center.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) expected.
• Colorado driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Desk during daytime hours and respond to guest requests.
• Handle check-ins/outs and QA on same-day and next-day reservations.
• Log requests in HotSOS and coordinate with appropriate teams.
• Communicate with housekeeping on special requests and room moves.
• Provide accurate information and assist with transportation arrangements.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and follow uniform policies.
