Job summary

HRB is seeking a Director of Finance for a resort/hotel in the southwestern United States. The role leads a sizable accounting team and drives financial excellence for management and owners.

A strong resort background, multi-outlet and multi-F&B experience, and solid Excel skills are essential. Responsibilities include overseeing reporting, internal controls, cash flow, and capital planning while partnering with executives to maximize profitability and asset value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in resort accounting and finance.
• Resort DOF training required.
• Must bring multi-outlet, multi-F&B resort expertise.
• Exposure to spas, golf courses and other resort services required.
• BS Degree required.
• MBA or CPA are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the hotel's financial operations and staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and controls.
• Communicate with owners, management and stakeholders on financial performance.
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and capital planning.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies.
