Job summary

Rocky Gap Casino Resort is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to perform minor maintenance and repair of equipment and spaces across the property. The role involves inspecting lights, responding to requests, and maintaining pool and engineering areas to high standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, and at least 2 years of related experience. A valid driver's license is required and the site offers a safety-focused work environment.

• Proven experience providing high level of guest service.
• Read, write and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains mechanical and cosmetic items throughout the facility.
• Inspects lighting and resolves potential problems.
• Responds to maintenance requests and in-house calls.
• Maintains pool facilities as assigned.
• Monitors workload and informs supervisor of overload.
• Maintains a neat, clean work area in the engineering shop.
• Prepares daily work forms.
• Follows safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
