Job summary

Margaritaville Resort Orlando is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, repairs, safety, and operational readiness across a premier Central Florida resort. You will supervise a diverse team, manage preventive maintenance, capital projects, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires five years of progressive facilities leadership, strong MEP knowledge, and a hands-on approach to maintain guest areas, pools, and grounds at the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years progressive facilities management in resort/hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety programs across all resort facilities.
• Oversee vendor contracts, scheduling, and cost control to maintain asset value.
• Direct safety programs, regulatory compliance, and emergency procedures.
• Manage capital projects, renovations, and asset preservation initiatives.
• Develop and enforce quality standards for guest areas, services, and grounds.
