Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in events or activities planning.

• Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Microsoft Publisher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule events for groups and private events at the resort facilities.
• Coordinate preparations for events: arrange food and beverages, recruit and schedule volunteers, book entertainers, collect ticket money.
• Arrange for sponsors to fund events.
• Review requests and select vendors for informational seminars.
• Manage monthly newsletters: gather information, layouts, final drafts, and delivery.
• Maintain open communications with resort management, guests, and vendors.
• Represent the resort in a professional manner at all times.
