Job summary

IronOaks at Sun Lakes in Chandler and Sun Lakes, Arizona, seeks a cheerful Server Assistant to support dining room staff and ensure prompt, courteous service to guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will greet guests, assist servers, reset tables, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere with knowledge of the resort facilities.

This full-time position offers pay at $12.15 per hour plus tips, with eligibility for medical, dental, and life insurance after 60 days of full-time

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three months’ related server experience preferred.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol, if applicable.
• Current Food Handlers Card.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide hospitality by knowing the resort facilities.
• Greet guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Maintain communication with servers and respond to requests for support.
• Clear tables, carry trays to the kitchen, and reset tables.
• Assist servers with trays and ensure guest needs are met.
• Identify safety or cleanliness issues and report to a supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
