Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Cosmetologist to provide professional salon and beauty services at our resort spa. You will serve guests with a welcoming, relaxing experience and tailor services to individual needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Missouri Cosmetology License, has spa or resort experience, and demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills. Weekend availability and English fluency are valued, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Cosmetology License required.
• Previous salon, spa, resort, hotel, or cosmetology experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetology services, products, and sanitation practices.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional cosmetology and salon services in accordance with guest needs and resort standards.
• Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.
• Perform hair styling, cutting, coloring, treatments, and other services within licensure and resort offerings.
• Provide makeup or other beauty services as applicable.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and relaxing environment for guests.
• Follow all applicable Missouri cosmetology regulations, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Properly sanitize and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area.
• Recommend professional beauty and salon products when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate service and product records as required.
• Communicate guest requests, concerns, and special needs to management.
• Provide professional and personalized guest service throughout each appointment.
• Assist with maintaining inventory of salon products and supplies.
• Report equipment, supply, or maintenance concerns to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Work cooperatively with Spa, Front Desk, and other resort TEAM members.
• Assist with special events, weddings, and resort activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
