Job summary

30A Escapes is looking for a full-time Condo Maintenance Technician at EnSoleil Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. This role involves maintaining association property, including pools/spa and common areas, requiring outdoor labor and flexible scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have a high school education, at least two years of maintenance experience, and must obtain a Certified Pool Operators License. Benefits include medical, vision, paid leave, and vacation pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a resort environment.
• Must obtain a CPO (Certified Pool Operators License) within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of all association property and equipment, upkeep of the pools/spa, and common areas.
• Perform scheduled inspections on building equipment and buildings.
• Conduct Monthly HVAC preventive maintenance.
